*If your background check shows the following status:

             Red: Pending

Please wait 2-3 days and then retry your background check before emailing the ACE Administrator with your issue.  You can login to the ASA Payment Server through the ACE Website to retry the background check by clicking on Red or Retry. If after 3 days your status does not change or remains red then contact the ACE Administrator.
