Welcome to the ASA Softball ACE online coaching certification website. Please see the brief steps below before you start the process so that you know what is expect during the certification process. Being certified for the 2009 season in ONE of the ACE levels satisfies ASA’s National Board of Directors requirement (** Each 2009 Junior Olympic (Youth) Championship play (Code Article 106 (5) team must have one coach within the field of play/dugout to be ACE Certified, which includes a background check, in 2009.**)

Log on with your existing account here. If you are a new user go to the main page and create a new user name and password.

1. Enter in your information for a background check. If you are using someone else’s credit card, please enter the coach being certified in the name and not the holder of the card.
2. If you pass the background check you will immediately see a confirmation page on the screen with an activation link that you must click to activate your ACE test. If your background check comes up anything other than OK in green, please see the FAQ link on the top of the page.
3. For tests 1, 2 and 3, you will watch a video and answer 25 questions for these tests. For the Continuing Education test, the questions come from the current ASA Rule Book (Participant Manual) and ASA Code.
4. After completing the test you will be shipped your cards in the mail. Expect your cards in about a week after certification.
